If you’re searching for the priciest F-Series pickup truck of Ford or you just like some luxury features found in a limousine in your trustworthy workhorse, Ford has recently revealed the all new Super Duty Limited series.
Billed as the truck for high-end customers, Ford Super Duty Limited package starts at $80,835 including destination on F-250. Meanwhile, F-350 Limited starts at $82,010 while the F-450 Limited starts at $87,100. If you add some options, Ford says it’d cost you $94,455.
Super Duty Limited series add some features including a suede headliner, obligatory special badging, hand-finished ash wood trim, instrument panel, armrests, steering wheel with premium stitched leather, custom Camelback 2-tone leather seats, and many more.
It also comes with a special twin-bar satin grille that features chrome accents, tailgate appliqué that’s satin finished, and quad-beam LED lights. Each model from the series also has a dedicated serial number that’s laser etched on its center console armrest. Other than that, these Super Duty models feature a range of various class-exclusive tech features like HD 360-degree camera along with the Trailer Reverse Guidance, adaptive cruise control, BLIS with the trailer coverage, and much more.
While its price may sound ridiculous for a pickup truck, Ford insisted that there’s really a market for these kinds of trucks. As a matter of fact, 50% of the retail sales for Super Duty Limited series are high-end models including Platinum and King Ranch. There are also heavy-duty truck customers who require Super Duty-level capability and like true luxury. The truck marketing’s head of Ford, Todd Eckert, also said that they have created the new truck to answer the requests for more premium choices in the range of Super Duty because they see more truck customers trending to some premium models.
